This style of card shuffling is not the most efficient, as it simply forces out a large number of cards during the shuffle

Supply is high and Mastery is part of an in-print set, so prices are currently restricted

Ravnica Allegiance is doing a really nice job of bringing us back to the original City of Guilds

One positive is that self-mill effects tend to be much cheaper than actual card draw, meaning you can access a larger chunk of your deck earlier in the game

Either way, theres a lot to like about this card in Standard, Commander, and Wilds of Eldraine Limited where it was an easy P1P1
